Capital Campaign Manager

This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver a successful capital fundraising campaign over the next 13 months for the Portico Library’s Reunited Project. Funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, the selected consultant(s) will be responsible for raising £2m in partnership match funding required for the Delivery Phase of the project.

 
 

Operations Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the Library team. The Portico is looking for a site and operational manager with experience working in a vibrant and inclusive arts, heritage, or library environment.

As Operations Manager for the Portico, you will be working closely with the Librarian to ensure high quality management, programming and operational functions are maintained during the Development Phase to enable the Library to run smoothly and efficiently. You will bring together skills and knowledge in historic-building management, programme scheduling, finance, legal, and regulatory requirements.


Activity Planner

As Activity Planner for the Portico Library you will be working closely with the Creative Producer, Design Team, Evaluator, partners and community groups to design an Activity Plan that delivers our values and vision. You will bring together skills and knowledge in audience development, community engagement, heritage interpretation and a love for working with people.
