Love. Breathless, exhilarating, savage, exquisite love. The Chanteuse’s show - L’Amour Fou - is coming to the Portico on Valentine's night for an evening of some of the very best French chanson written about love and its attendant melancholy.

The Chanteuse and her band will be performing works by Jake Thackrey, Jacques Brel, Georges Brassens, Edith Piaf, Juliette Gréco, Barbara, Serge Gainsbourg and her own compositions. They will also be performing songs off her first LP release, Modiano, written by the Nobel Prize-winning French author, Patrick Modiano.
