The Portico Library, opened in 1806, is going through a lot of change. We want to hear from people at Social Refuge as to what they’d like to see at this historic library in the future – exhibitions, events, books, and finding out more about books already there. To mark LGBTQ+ History Month, we’ll be bringing some books out from our collection to explore Oscar Wilde, Sappho, Chevalière d'Éon and Jeanette Winterson.
